A 50% deposit is required on all party and room reservations at the time of booking via a Quickbooks invoice. Party date can not be confirmed until deposit is made. Parties canceled with less than 72 hours of party time will be subject to a $25 cancelation fee. We will be glad to rebook your party within 6 weeks of the original party date. If you do not rebook your party, you will forfeit the full deposit amount. If you rebook your party and cancel at a later date, you will forfeit your deposit amount. Deposits are applied to remaining balance, to be paid in full before the party. No outside food or beverages allowed, with the exception of a birthday cake/cupcakes. In the event of bad weather, we will still have your party inside. If the weather is such that you can not play mini golf, we will give you 10 coupons for a free round of mini golf for your guests to return another day. No refunds will be given. Pricing does not include tax. The cost for each person participating in the party, above the 10 people already allotted, will get 20% off menu items and Mini Golf. If you rent the Bounce House we require that adult supervision AT ALL TIMES.  If children are left unattended use of bounce house will be discontinued with no refunds.
